1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 cups cooked or canned tomatoes
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
2 - 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and saute 10 minutes until tender. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, paprika, and tomatoes.

Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Add shrimp; heat thoroughly.

Serve on hot rice.
