100 grs. de azúcar
200 grs. de mantequilla
300 grs. de harina

Directions:
Se bate la mantequilla y se le va agregando a pocos el azúcar, luego también a pocos se le añade la harina cernida. Cuando todo esté bien unido se forman 4 rollos y se llevan al refrigerador por ½ hora o más.

Se cortan en rodajas, se colocan en una paila y se ponen al horno a 300º F. Deben quedar claritas.
