3 lb. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (diced)
1 basket cheese (diced)
1 cup grated Locatelli Romano cheese
1/2 lb. provolone cheese (diced)
1 lb. sausage (cooked, remove from skin)
1 slice prosciutto (about 1/4” thick, diced)
1 slice boiled ham (about 1/4” thick, diced)
double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Line bottom of round aluminum cake pan with pie crust. Fill with mixture and top with the other pie crust. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. You can make your own pie crust or use Pillsbury pie crust.
