1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
10 drops Tobasco sauce
1 large can sliced mushrooms
2 cans crushed tomatoes
2 lbs. ground round, or lean hamburger meat
1 large pkg. wide egg noodles
Sliced Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown onion and bell pepper in bacon fat. Add ground meat and brown. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Stir well. Add wide noodles, uncooked. Stir, cover, and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. Arrange sliced cheese on top of mixture. Recover and keep on low heat until cheese melts.
