6 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
3 T sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter or margarine (I usually use less.)
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2-3 T brown sugar

In a blender, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon until blended. Melt butter in 13"x9" baking dish in overn. Add apples. Return to oven until butter sizzles (DON'T BROWN!).
Remove from oven. Pour batter over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and brown.
