1 c. butter or shortening 2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. nuts
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all of the ingredients together. Roll into walnut sized balls and the in sugar. Flatten on greased cookie sheet. Bake until done.
