4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. honey
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t.pepper
Toasted pecans for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Whisk together mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined. Garnish with toasted pecans, if desired.
