Sopapilla Cheesecake Recipe

3 8oz. bricks cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cans crescent rolls
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Beat together:
cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup sugar & vanilla

Layer in a 9x13 pan:
1 can crescent rolls, cream cheese mixture, second can of crescent rolls

butter and pour over above layers

Sprinkle top layer with:
1/2 cup sugar mixed with the cinnamon

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
