1 - 3 oz. pkg lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese (soften and beat)
2/3 c. crushed pineapple w/juice
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Add gelatin to boiling water to dissolve. Beat in cream cheese until it melts. Cool until it congeals before adding in pineapple and celery. Fold in Cool Whip. Turn into 4 c. mold or baking dish. Chill until firm.
(Suggest doubling recipe.)
