3/4 szklanki cukru
4 jajka
200dag margaryny
1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
cukier puder
ok.1/2kg swiezych owocow (truskawki) moga byc mrozone
Directions:
Directions:
Margaryne rozpuszczamy i zostawiamy do przestygniecia.
Cale jajka ubijamy z cukrem, na puszysta mase, nie przestajac ubijac dodajemy proszek do pieczenia,przestudzona margaryne i make.
Ciasto wlewamy na sredniej wielkosci blaszke,wysmarowana tluszczem i wkladamy owoce(obtoczone w mace ziemniaczanej).
Pieczemy okolo 40min w temp 360F.
Po wyjeciu z piekarnika i przestudzeniu posypujemy cukrem pudrem.
