2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF.
1. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
2. Blend butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs together with an electric mixer in a large bowl.
3. Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time using electric mixer.
4. Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix by hand with large wooden spoon.
5. Drop by tablespoons, 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 375°F for 9 to 10 minutes.
