3/4 lb. ham
1/2 lb. veal
1/4 lb. pork
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Mix together the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, milk and pepper. 
2. Pat the mixture in a loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3". 
3. Spread mixture of mustard and brown sugar on top of loaf. 
4. Pour juice over loaf and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hrs. 
5. Baste loaf several times during baking.
