3 lbs red or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite size pieces and boiled until very tender
1 small white onion finely chopped
6 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 T sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 Miracle Whip
1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
When potatoes are done cooking, drain well and place in large mixing bowl. Immediately add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs, add to potatoes. Add relish, mayo, Miracle Whip, and mustard. Stir well. Place in serving bowl and garnish as desired.
