3 cans creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 cylinder crushed saltine crackers
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, eggs, and crushed crackers in large bowl
Pour into greased baking dish, pat butter in center
Bake at 325º for 2 hours.

(Cover with foil toward end to control browning, if needed, this depends if you have a top burner inside your oven).
