1 head of iceberg Lettuce/torn into small pieces
2 peppers chopped/diced( green is what we used except for Christmas than it had to be red)
2 bunches of Scallions
2 cups of celery chopped/diced
1 10oz frozen peas (keep frozen)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup shredded cheddar
4 oz of Parmesan cheese

layer first five ingredients in bowl- clear glass bowl
mix garlic and mayo - spread over peas-
mix two cheese together layer over top.

cover with plastic wrap

MUST Make a day ahead-
toss just before serving making sure to pull lettuce up from the botttom.
