Rhubarb- Diced to make 5 Cups
1 package Large Strawberry Jello
1 Cup Sugar add boiling water as direction states.
Mix and let stand hour or so

Crust
1 1/4 C Flour
2 Tbs Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
5 Tbs water
mix until mealy- add 1 beaten egg
1/4 c water pat into pan- up sides 9 * 12 pan spread rhubarb mix over pastry. Mix 1/4 c butter- 1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
mix until crumbly like pie crust. Spread evenly over top of rhubarb.

Bake 1 hour @ 350º

serve warm with ice cream or topping
