2 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ c. butter
½ c. maple syrup
½ c. chardonnay
breadcrumbs
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices gruyere

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Add butter, maple syrup, and chardonnay to a saucepan and heat just until butter melts. Remove from heat and set aside. Cut chicken into 8 equal pieces, pound flat, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place ½ piece of prosciutto and gruyere onto each chicken medallion, roll up and place in baking dish. Pour maple mixture over chicken and bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
