Ingredients:  
1 peck ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, & chopped
2 large, white onions, chopped fine
2 large green peppers, seeded & chopped fine
2 hot peppers, halved & seeded
1 pt. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. salt
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Coat large kettle with cooking spray. Add all ingredients and simmer for the afternoon, stirring occasionally. Add additional spices and vinegar to taste. Pairs well with fowl, pork tenderloin, and hot dogs. Excellent for canning.
