Buttered skillet

Directions:

Cut out round hole in white bread by pushing a glass through it or may use a biscuit cutter. Place the bread in the buttered skillet; crack egg into hole in the bread and fry. Flip when ready. Put more butter on skillet and fry until brown on bottom.
