3# baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
6 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and mash. Combine potatoes, cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator; let stand, covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 350º
for 30 minutes.
