2 1/4 Cups Cake Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Cup Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
4 tsp. Rose Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 3 ingredients. Cream butter with sugar, add egg, sour cream, and rose water. Combine with flour mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Roll out and cut in shapes. Put on greased cookie sheet, bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool one minute before removing them from the sheet. Frost with butter cream frosting. Can be dropped by teaspoon and baked.
