2 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken
2 Cups Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Almonds
1 Can Sliced Ripe Olives
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard Cooked Eggs, Chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp. Chopped Green Onion
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Cup Potato Chips, Crumbled

Directions:

Heat oven to 450º. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together all ingredients except potato chips and pour into prepared dish. Add potato chips and bake about 30 minutes. Leave the potato chips off and it's also good used as a Croissant sandwich filling.
