2 pounds turkey meat
2 eggs
2 envelopes of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 bottle of Heinz Ketchup
1 jar of grape jelly
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together equal parts of ketchup and jelly in a large pot and put over medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix together the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and seasoning packets using your hands. Form the meat mixture into small meatballs and place in the pot with the sauce. Simmer covered on low for 1 hour. Do not stir too soon or meatballs will fall apart.

This recipe freezes really well. To avoid staining on your tupperware, spray the interior with non-stick spray prior to filling with the meatballs and sauce.

Can also be made for Passover with Matzo Meal.
