1 taza de agua
100 gramos de mantequilla
1 taza de harina
4 huevos
pizca de sal

Crema pastelera:
1 ½ taza de leche evaporada
½ taza de azúcar
5 yemas

Caramelo derretido

Directions:
Directions:
En una cacerola se poner a hervir la taza de agua con la pizca de sal y se le agrega la mantequilla para que derrita. Cuando rompa el hervor se le echa de golpe la taza de harina. Se remueve todo el tiempo hasta que se despegue de la olla. Se retira y se deja enfriar.

Una vez frío se bate en la batidora y uno por uno se le echa los huevos. Se bate hasta que la masa este suave y ligosa.

Se ponen por cucharaditas en una paila enmantequillada para galletas y se hornea a 325° F hasta que doren un poquito.

Se rellenan con crema pastelera o Crema Chantilly. Una vez listo se le pone caramelo derretido encima.
