1 lb raw shrimp, cleaned, quartered
2 tbsp margarine, melted,
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup,
3/4 cup water,
1/2 cup chopped celery,
1/2 cup sliced green onions,
1/4 cup sliced green peppers,
1 tsp lemon juice,
1 tsp dry mustard,
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning,
1/4 tsp salt,
1 pkg (6oz) Kellogg's Croutettes Stuffing Mix,
1/2 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
In a 12inch fry pan, cook shrimp in margarine over medium heat just until shrimp begins to change color. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and continue to cook 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese just before serving. Serve immediately.
