2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit filling
18 vanilla waffers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Drop waffer in cupcake liner in muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, put fruit filling on and refrigerate.

These are a great dessert for taking somewhere. I put them in the frig, but put no filling on until we are ready to eat.
