2 1/2 lbs. bread
1 1/2 quarts milk
3 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 lbs. ground veal
2 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 1/4 lbs. potato, grated raw
3/4 lbs. onion, minced
3 Tbs. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in milk for 1 hour. Mix together with remaining ingredients and shape into balls. Place on baking pans and brown in oven at 400º approx. 20 minutes. Make 3 quarts of gravy from the pan drippings and pour over the meatballs.

Bake 1 hour at 300º.
