1/4 C. packed Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Sweet Paprika
3 Tbsp. ground Black Pepper
3 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Hickory Salt
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Celery Seeds
1 tsp. Cayenne Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, store in an airtight container.
Use 2 Tbsp. and rub all over whole chicken before grilling. Massage the dry rub into the meat.
You can vary the amount of dry rub according to your taste. Dry rub can be used on chicken, beef or pork prior to grilling.
