2 T. olive oil
2 pork chops
¾ c. cherry jam
¼ c. whiskey
1 tsp. rosemary
1 T. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops 6 minutes on each side. Remove chops from skillet and add remaining ingredients. Stir while cooking for 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce over pork chops. May garnish with fresh rosemary.
