4 cups cake flour
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp quick rising yeast
2 cups warm water (130 degrees)
¼ cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 cups flour in large bowl, add yeast, sugar and salt. Heat water to about 130 degrees (about 1 ½ minutes in microwave) pour into flour mix. Add oil and egg. Mix well with fork. Add 2 more cups of flour. When well mixed, add enough flour to turn dough a few times with out being too sticky. Cover and let rise until double (approx. 10 – 15 minutes) Punch down. Pinch off with floured hands. Shape and place in greased pan. Let rise 15 to 20 minutes. (do not let over rise) Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with a tea towel. 2 dozen rolls.
