4 eggs seperated
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 T melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat together egg yolks, lemon juice and rind and butter until thick and lemon colored. Combine sugar, flour and salt and add dry ingredients alternatively with milk. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend into egg yolk mixture. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
