2/3 cup orzo
4 lamb blade chops
1 can stewed tomatoes, 14 oz
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare orzo according to pkg directions. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook lamb chops 6 to 8 minutes, until done. Remove to platter and keep warm. In the skillet, combine the tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, thyme, oregano, and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Combine broth and cornstarch, and stir into tomato mixture. Return lamb to pan, and cook to thicken sauce and reheat lamb. Serve over cooked orzo. Spoon sauce over all.
