1 stick butter
4 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 pint sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups chopped butterscotch chips & pecans
OR 1 package dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Cut butter into flour. Mix dry ingredients into flour batter. Add sugar.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs and sour cream. Add egg mixture into flour batter (batter will become sticky).

Add butterscotch chips and pecans (or cranberries).

Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on baking rack.
