2 C. Peanut Butter
3 1/2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
4 2/3 C. Powdered Sugar
4 Sticks Melted Butter or Margarine

1 Large Bag Semi Sweet Chocolate chips

Directions:

Stir together first four ingredients and press into a cookie sheet. Melt bag of chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler and spread over peanut butter mixture. Cool. Cut into squares.

If mixture is too soft because of humidity, add more powdered sugar until stiff. This is a favorite at our school. Even the teachers ask me to make them. So easy!
