Sauce:
1 medium head of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 tbsp. butter
3 cups of milk
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Put olive oil in frying pan on med-hi heat. Put garlic through garlic press. Brown garlic until it has a nutty color to it. Set aside.
3.To prepare chicken, sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning to taste.
4. Meanwhile, place butter or margarine and milk in a large skillet and heat over medium heat until warm. Stir in the flour and cheese. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add sauted garlic. Bring nearly to a boil. Reduce heat and stir to control thickening. Serve over rice or pasta topped with broiled chicken.
