5 slices of veal
5 slices of cooked
5 sage leaves
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
2 T butter
2 - 3 T olive oil
1/2 glass white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Take a slice of veal, lay it straight and add the sage leaf on top, then add the ham. Roll the veal slice and close with a toothpick. Heat a pan of 2 - 3 T of olive oil with a minced clove of garlic. While the pan is heating, cover the veal rolls with flour. After the oil is heated, brown the veal rolls. After they are brown, add 2 T of butter and a half of glass of white wine. Turn down the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
