2 c. bran
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º. Mix molasses, milk and bran and soak for 15 minutes. Beat egg and add sifted flour, salt and soda. Bake in muffin cups for 20 minutes.
