CRUST
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 drop red food coloring (optional)

FRUIT - Soft fruits are best
bananas, sliced
strawberries, cut in half
grapes, cut in half
kiwi, sliced
mandarin oranges

Directions:

CRUST
Mix all ingredients. Divide in half and spread on two greased 12" pizza pans. Bake at 400º for about 10 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING
Mix until smooth. Spread on the crusts.

FRUIT
Arrange fruit in circles as desired. Cut with pizza cutter in slices and serve.
