6 c. chicken stock or
1/2 bag baby carrots, sliced
6 c. water with 6 bouillon cubes
4-5 stalks celery, sliced
6 med.potatoes, skin on,
2 c. cubed ham
cut into thin fries
1/4 c. cream/milk
Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil potatoes, carrots and celery in the chicken stock. Simmer until tender. Add ham.
Stir in milk or cream.
