1 1/2 lbs. chicken
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
3 green onions
2 cloves garlic
Optional: water chestnuts and 1/2 c. diced carrots
1 head of iceberg or romaine lettuce
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until no longer pink. Dice. Prepare remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add to chicken and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat (or until carrots are tender). To make the lettuce wraps, carefully wash and remove full leaves from a head of iceberg lettuce. Spoon some rice and chicken mixture in the leaf. Wrap the leaf (like a burrito) Use soy sauce to taste! Enjoy!
