1 small onion
6-8 slices of bacon
1T of garlic powder
Dash of red pepper
3 potatoes sliced
4C of water
2 1/2T chicken base
1/2 to 3/4 lb. of sausage
1/3C of heavy cream
Kale, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and bacon and cook in a soup pot until onion is
clear and bacon is cooked through. Stir in garlic powder and
red pepper. Add water, potato slices and chicken base.
Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. While soup in
simmering, remove sausage from casing, cover with water
and simmer until water evaporates and sausage is cooked
through. Add, sausage, cream and kale to soup and simmer
for an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy!
