1 ½ lbs Minute Steak
1 onion – sliced very thin
Ham slices (lunch meat is fine)
Cheese slices
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
3 Tbsp corn starch
2 cups water
1 cup sliced mushroom

Directions:
Directions:
Season each steak with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place garlic, onion, cheese slice and ham slice on each steak. Roll and put toothpick to hold. Brown rolled steaks in hot oil. Remove from pan. Pour 1 cup water in pan. Place corn starch in 1 cup of water, mix well and add to pan. Add sliced onions and mushrooms, salt, pepper and sour cream. Stir and bring to boil. Return meat to pan. Cover and cook on low for 1 – 1 ½ hours.
