1 Tbs Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 c Milk
1/4 chopped Onion
1 Tbs Flour
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 c Sour Cream/ Plain Yogurt
Vegetables are optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until clear. Add flour, salt and pepper & milk. Stir and cook on med-high heat until bubbly and or light brown. Continue to stir and cook 1 minute and add sour cream/yogurt. Do not allow to boil. Serve or add to other recipe.

If making a vegetable cream sauce be sure to cook them with the onion and then strain out before adding flour. After you have added the sour cream/yogurt you can add the vegetables again.
