4 boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 pkg cream cheese, sliced
grated Parmesan cheese
12 or 16 stalks asparagus, cooked
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg and milk in pie plate. Dip chicken breasts in egg wash, and then into flour. Brown in butter over low heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until done. Remove from pan and place in a casserole dish. Place slices of cream cheese on each breast. Then lay cooked asparagus ontop of cheese. Add a generous spoonful of sour cream to top it off. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and place under broiler until slightly browned.
