1 large prepared pizza crust
2 medium potatoes, baked & cooled (unpeeled)
3 T margarine, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 green onions, chopped
2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 C cheddar cheese, shredded

Lightly spray pizza pan. Place dough on pan. Bake at 400º for 6 minutes or until crust begins to brown.

When potatoes are cool, cut into thin slices. In bowl combine margarine, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat. Spread sour cream over pizza crust. Top with potato mixture, then bacon, onions and both cheeses.

Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes or until cheese begins to brown and bubble.
