8 oz manicotti shells
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
15 oz ricotta cheese *
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
32 ounces spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti according to package directions; drain. Cool in single layer on wax paper or aluminum foil to prevent manicotti from sticking together. Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling; spoon into manicotti. Place in single layer over thin layer sauce on bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese, bake 15 minutes longer.
