1 lb hamburger
1 C cottage cheese
1 C sour cream
1 C ripe olives
1 C green chile peppers
1 tsp garlic salt
1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese
1 bag crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, olives, peppers, and garlic salt. Alternate layers of meat, sauce, cheese, and chips on top. Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
