Chili - From the Kitchen of Mom Bundy Recipe

Jewell Dean Bundy Taylor


3 lb.beef, finely ground
4 onions, chopped
1/2 bottle tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper

2 cans tomato puree
1/2 oz. soybean salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can beer

Brown ground beef and chopped onions. Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.

(I think they must have grown the beer for the chili recipe in the garden!)
