1-1/2 pounds chicken, cut up
2 cups water
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 lb canned creamed corn
1/2 lb canned whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.

Remove chicken and let cool.

Reserve broth and skin fat from the top.

Remove meat from chicken, discarding skin and bones. Cut meat into bite-size portions.

Combine chicken, chicken broth and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan.

Simmer 15 minutes - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
