2 8oz cans green whole chiles
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk
9 oz pkg grated cheddar cheese
9 oz pkg grated Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Split open chiles, wash, set aside. Mix flour, eggs and milk.

Set aside a handful of cheese for the top. Layer ingredients in a 2 qt casserole, starting with chiles, then cheese, then mixture, ...

Top with tomato sauce and reserved cheese. Bake 1 hour.
